The Student Support team does not offer emergency support. Emergencies are where external help is needed from the emergency services. Where student behaviour gives cause for serious and immediate concern, where it appears that they are in imminent danger of hurting themselves or others, contact the security team by calling 0207 590 4333. The security team will contact the emergency services (999). A member of the Security team or a Campus Supervisor will attend the scene to assist the reporter. A member of the Security team would meet the ambulance or police upon arrival.
Security must be involved and included in any emergency. When calling emergency services, state clearly your name, where the service is required, i.e. building name, floor number or room number. Please also notify Student Support [through email student-support@rca.ac.uk ] and your line manager.
