The Student Support team does not offer emergency support. Emergencies are where external help is needed from the emergency services.
Where student behaviour gives cause for serious and immediate concern, where it
appears that are in imminent danger of hurting themselves or others, contact the
emergency services on 999 and then immediately afterwards notify security on:
● Kensington: 0207 590 4177 or x333
● Battersea: 020 7590 4170 or 4478
● White City: 020 7590 4242
Security must be involved and included in any emergency.
When calling emergency services state clearly your name, where the service is required, i.e. building name, floor number or room number.
